Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases through www.shipy.com.au.

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to:

  • Cancel your service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion.
  • Choose a refund or replacement for major failures in goods.
  • Have minor issues rectified in a reasonable time.
  • Compensation for foreseeable loss/damage caused by failure.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you find a cheaper product elsewhere.

Products Damaged During Delivery

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged product.
  • Return it with original packaging for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exceptions

  • Product misused.
  • You were aware of issues before purchase.
  • You altered or requested non-standard modifications.

Return Shipping

If eligible under Consumer Law, we will cover return and replacement shipping. If ineligible, you bear the costs.

Response Time

We aim to process refund/repair requests within 5 days of receipt.
